Cafe Mocha, cute CSHA proven broodmare for sale - incredible price!

Mocha is for sale very reasonably priced. She caught twice easily, using frozen semen from Kadans (DWB) and Sarastro (Selle Francais in Europe) - threw 2 large fillies. I am looking for a good home for her to be used under saddle or for breeding. Greenbroke, we restarted her between fillies and are restarting her now - she has 6 more rides on her in Jan. We will continue her training until sold. Registered CSHA F1 (Coeur de Lion x Kate II) - her sister is for sale for $40,000. If Mocha was going over fences, she would sell for more too. She has innate desire to jump - Cor de la Bryere granddaughter.
15.3hh, bay, no white, b. May 20, 2000, looks lovely in tack. Shorter back, long reins, lunges, very good for farrier and had lots of ground work. Ridden only 4 months in total so green and will be sold to experienced rider only. I used to ride her older sister who was jumping til age 21 and a very useful sort of all round show horse. Mocha's movement will win Hunter hearts - although she shows some talent for dressage too, it's not developed, but every now and then she moves uphill on the driving reins, looking more like a Lippizaner at the trot, with some ability to step way under herself. I don't have time to work with her, so she is available for an incredible price right now.
