YELLOW CREEK is a homozygous black, 16.3 hand Thoroughbred stallion. Elegant, sound, solid and sane, he was bred to jump. He raced 6 years, retired sound, and then successfully evented to the Preliminary level in only two years. He is of the same line breeding as 9 of the 12 eventing medal winners in Sydney! He has excellent conformation, movement and temperament, and is a brave, talented jumper, having tremendous scope and power, and is very correct over his fences. Yellow Creek passes on his size, conformation, athletic ability and his incredibly quiet disposition. Well placed in line classes and eventing, he also has several hunter and jumper championships; he is a versatile, talented stallion. He is the sire of many well-placed halter offspring, including the 4th place winner in the 2004 Governor General’s Cup, and several Junior Champion Line horses at various years at the Royal. His offspring have shown successfully in eventing, dressage, hunter and jumper, having won many show Championships in Canada and the USA.
