WOLKENTANZ II is considered one of Weltmeyer’s best sons. Performance test “Reserve Champion” (133.56) and Dressage portion “Champion” (143.94), scoring two 10’s for rideability. Wolkentanz II has competed successfully at Advanced level dressage (S level) in Germany and Europe. Wolkentanz II adds type, excellent gaits, temperament and rideability to his offspring - producing outstanding competition horses. Wolkentanz II’s first foal crop in North America are exceptional with many Premium and Site Champion foals. In 2009, 9 offspring competed at S level dressage and 1 at S level jumping. Sire of 12 Approved sons, a high percentage of State Premium mares, many Bundeschampionate competitors, riding horse Champions and offspring that are commanding top prices at prestigious sales and auctions. WYLLOW R was the Bronze Medallist at the five-year-old division of dressage horses (2008 Federal Championships) and sold for 380,000 euro ($520,000 US) at the PSI Auction in 2008. The 10-year-old mare, WAKANA, ridden by Olympic medallist Ulla Salzgeber, won consistently at Grand Prix level and as of August 31, 2010 was ranked 22nd in the world.
