CSHA Stallion Service Auction Questions
- 14. What is CSHA Stallion Service Auction?
- 15. How do I retrieve my Stallion auction username and password?
1. Why do I have to register for online access?
Registering for online access allows you to use all sections of the website. This is compulsory for all members as there are services reserved for members only, like posting classified ads.
Non members of CSHA do not have to register for online access.
2. What is the difference between access registration and membership registration?
Online access registration allows you to browse all sections of the website. It is different from membership registration.
Membership registration is for CSHA members only. It is an electronic version of the well-known CSHA membership registration form. So, instead of Downloading the application form in PDF, Printing, Filling out the form, Faxing in the form...and then the office transferring the information into the system (with minor errors), we have provided members the opportunity to enter their information themselves, once and for all.
As technology makes life a lot easier, every organization is evolving and therefore changing the ways of conducting business. CSHA is no different. The plan here is to manage all CSHA applications and transactions electronically in the nearest future.

Thank you.
9. Are my private information safe within the system?

10. How do I help facilitate the full use of the new website?
Ideas and Constructive Feedback
We openly welcome and deeply appreciate input from members. So if you think that something would make the site easier to use or even the wording of some sentence could be changed to better convey the meaning, please send us your ideas through webmaster@canadian-sport-horse.org or the CSHA office. Thank you.
Use the System
The new website is completely database driven, hence we need to have data for it to function most efficiently. Therefore members are encouraged to put their horse, farm and other pieces of information into the system. It is much cheaper to have members enter their information into the system than hiring data-entry personnel to do so, not even factoring in the errors.
The new website empowers members in that they are in control of their own data. This could translate into a lot of marketing advantages for the members too.
So help us spread the word around, use the new system, show others how you have been able to use the system and send us your feedback. We value constructive criticism and cherish compliments too!
